CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
VISA AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT PROCESSING

TexVisas provides the following service:
All documentation is sorted and checked before being processed.
Sydney Consulate documentation is transported overnight for personal lodgement the next working day.
Our office is staffed Monday to Friday during business hours to answer any queries.
All relevant visa application forms are supplied on request.
TexVisas may refuse to process any document.
1.2 PROCESSING TIMES
TexVisas endeavours to process all documentation in the shortest possible time, however cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage by fire, flood, lightening, terrorist acts, storm, tempest, Acts of God, war or delays caused by consular inefficiency, transportation to and from interstate Consulates, national holidays, strikes or incorrect documentation.
Processing times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed and should not be relied upon.
1.3 LOSS OF DOCUMENTATION
TexVisas cannot be held responsible for documents that go astray either in a Consulate, whilst in transportation, or after being returned to an agency/passenger, and in other circumstances replacement value limited to a maximum of $400.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing TexVisas fees shall be paid with each processing in advance.
All Consular fees, or similar shall be paid separately with each processing in advance.
TexVisas accepts no responsibility for delays caused or additional expenses incurred because of the payment of incorrect fees.
TexVisas will not refund a consulate fee if a consulate declines an application unless we are refunded by the consulate.
In the case of a cancellation, a fee of $30 per application will apply.
In the case of a cancellation/visa refusal where the application is already submitted to any Consulate/Embassy, all fees are non refundable unless the visa fees are refunded by the Consulate/Embassy and at their discretion.
In the case of an amendment, error or change to the visa application, a correction fee of $15 per application will apply.
Although we check all processing before lodgement, it is the responsibility of the agent to ensure that documentation is correct before being handed to TexVisas . We are not responsible for any acts of failure to act of any Embassy or Consulate officials as this is outside our control.
Passengers/Agents should not purchase a non-refundable ticket or make non-refundable reservations until visa/passport have been obtained.
It is the passenger/agents responsibility to ensure that any document returned to the customer is valid to the customer’s purposes.
TRAVEL DOCUMENT DISTRIBUTION AND DELIVERIES
TexVisas is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to carry any goods without assigning any reason therefore.
Completed visas and passports are normally sent by our selected couriers and are subject to the terms and conditions set by these companies. TexVisas are not responsible for any loss or delays incurred to these delivery services.
This service provides an efficient and economical method for the delivery of travel documents, however is not an urgent A to B courier service. Deliveries within the metropolitan area are made by the end of business the following day and interstate within two working days.
TexVisas shall not be liable for damage or loss resulting from third party claims occasioned by error or negligence in carrying out work or by delay in delivery.
The delivery of an application to TexVisas will be deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Service.
TexVisas may amend these conditions of service without notice to you and your continued use of our website and our services will be on the basis of our Conditions of Service from time to time.
